For the fourth year in a row Gerd Teetzen of Quesnel

Bakery has partnered with epilepsyQuesnel to

offer cookies for sale during their fundraiser.

epilepsyQuesnel is raising funds for beds 3 and 4 in

the Seizure Investigation Unit at VGH to help reduce

the wait time for epilepsy patients to enter the

investigation unit to find out if they are eligible for

life-changing surgery.

The fundraising campaign is running in several

locations to the end of March, although the bulk of

the fundraising was last Friday, March 24 in Quesnel.

March 26 was the Canadian Purple Day for Epilepsy.
