Car catches fire at South Quesnel business parking lot

A gold sedan was briefly engulfed at Hilltop Liquor before emergency crews extinguished it

A vehicle fire at the Hilltop Liquor parking lot in South Quesnel was quickly extinguished by the Quesnel Fire Department.

Emergency crews were first called to the scene just after 1:50 p.m. They arrived to find the engine block of a gold sedan engulfed in flames.

It is unknown if anyone was injured in the blaze.
