All persons who believe their interest in this property are affected by the proposed application may indicate their support or opposition in one of the following ways:

  1. Written submissions regarding the proposed application must be submitted to City Hall to the attention of Rhya Hartley by 12 pm Wednesday, April 26, 2023, to be included in the agenda.
  2. Written submissions will also be accepted at the Council Meeting and should be submitted to the attention of Rhya Hartley prior to the meeting commencement.

Comments provided will become a part of the public record. No further information or representations from the public can be considered by City Council after the Council Meeting.
