It is with the deepest of sorrow and regret that the family of Brenda Lee Campbell announces her sudden and truly unexpected passing on Tuesday, March 17, 2015. Brenda was an immense presence in the lives of her family, friends and colleagues and her impact on all our lives will forever remain.

Brenda Lee Livingstone was born August 24, 1966 at C.F.B. Cold Lake, Alberta. She was the fourth daughter of Wes and Jeannette Livingstone. She lived in Alberta and Germany in her early years, moving to Wells, B.C. and eventually to Quesnel.

Brenda graduated from Quesnel Secondary School and then began her career in care-giving, first as a Long Term Care Aide and subsequently as a Registered Nurse. Her nursing career focused primarily on the care of the elderly, working at Dunrovin Park Lodge for 25 years. Her love and passion for her work was unprecedented and her presence at Dunrovin will be irreplaceable.

Brenda was predeceased by her sister Jamie (1994) and her father Wes (2002).

Brenda is survived by her husband and soul-mate, Ross and their two children, Emily and Jaryn. She also leaves her loving mother, Jeannette of Quesnel and heartbroken sisters, Bev (Cec) Beierback of Edmonton and Laureen Livingstone of Quesnel. Brenda was cherished by her special auntie, Claudette MacDonald of Ottawa. Brenda was an integral part of the extended Campbell clan and will forever be in the hearts of Ross’ siblings and families, Maureen (Rob) Cameron of Kelowna, Marilyn Hall and Bev (Joe) Cardle of Victoria, Heather (Dick) Collins, Bryan Campbell, Barry (Byrle) Campbell and Ron Campbell all of Quesnel.

Brenda has left an indelible mark and countless treasured memories within the hearts of cousins, nieces and nephews, both near and far.

A Celebration of Brenda’s Life was held on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Northstar Baptist Church in Quesnel, Pastor John Nicholson officiating. The outpouring of love and support from over 500 individuals was a testament to Brenda’s impact on so many lives and was a comfort to Ross, Emily and Jaryn.

In keeping with Brenda’s commitment and love for the residents of Dunrovin Park Lodge, the family requests that anyone who desires may make a donation in Brenda’s memory to Dunrovin Comfort Fund,
