Frances Louise (Wee) Gilbert was born in Vancouver and resided in Wells with family from 1934. She is survived by her children Michael Wallace & Aleta, Sally Wanless & Steve, Tim Wallace & Michele, Eileen Wallace & Sam, grand-children Mary, Dianna, Nicholas, Bradley, Ryan, Jeffery, Brooke, Derrick, & Danielle, great-grandchildren Mercedes, Shannon, Phoebe, Bentlee, sister Joan Hughes & Ellis, brother Art Gilbert & Donna, nieces & nephews and many special friends. She was predeceased by parents Jack & Edna Gilbert, and brother George Gilbert.

Wee worked after school and Saturdays at the Wells Produce, then the Govt. Telephone and Telegraph Office, Pacific Western Planer Mill & Beaver Planer Mill in Quesnel, & Govt. Tel. & Tel. in Terrace. She & Arnie & Family lived in Abbotsford, then Kamloops where their children grew up. She returned to live in Quesnel & worked a few years at Cariboo Pulp, retiring at the Fraser Village in Quesnel.
