Our beloved
Mother and friend,
Margaret Thompson,
peacefully passed away after a short illness, Thursday, August 10, 2017 in
Quesnel, BC.
Margaret was predeceased by her loving husband, Dale Thompson.
She is survived by her very caring children Verna (Norm) Beckman, Jo-Ann (Emile) Brochu and Bruce Schell, her cherished Grandchildren Forrest (Rae-ann) Beckman, Trevor (Tina) Beckman, Nicole Thompson and Jenna (Garrett) Brochu, her adored Great Grandchildren Joseph, Michael, Carter, Saige, Raychel, Jayden, Tehya and Leland.
Margaret was always an efficient, hard worker. She loved spending time with family and friends and travelling. She enjoyed knitting, cooking, baking everybody their special treats, playing a good game of cards or having water fights.
We would like to send out a huge bouquet to the Doctors, ICU nurses, third floor nurses and staff at GR Baker Hospital. Despite proper resources or funding, they still managed to take such good care of our Mother (Grandmother). She was there for three weeks and the staff were always helpful and pleasant.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Margaret’s memory may be made to the Hospital Auxiliary.
