Marie Suzanne “Sue” Bush was born January 21, 1911 in Evergem, Belgium. She was called home on March 26, 2009 in Quesnel, B.C.

She is survived by daughters; Lenore (Bill) Domanko, Pat Klassen, son; Robert (Cheryl) Bush, ten grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and many great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Ninety-eight years is an incredible life. More important is the number of people she touched during those years and the positive way that she touched all of us.

Mom certainly packed in as much life as she could during her years. She was the busiest person, sometimes driving those of us who lived with her into distraction. But it was always with good intent and nearly always aimed at helping someone.

We will miss her sense of humour, her smile and her love. Fair winds and following seas Mom, may you have a safe passage home. We love you.

We were told not to cry

Remember, for time goes by so quickly

To waste it in sorrow and despair

Gives God no Glory and I’m in His care.

Please think of me with a smile

Take the time to laugh awhile

Enjoy the beauty of each day

See only good along the way

And know that again we’ll meet

And walk together on God’s golden street.

A Memorial Service was held on March 31 at St. John the Divine Anglican Church with Fr. Mark Moote officiating.
