To the author of that letter, I want to express appreciation to your very open letter of hurt and rejection and guilt.
This was put in such a way that it makes me see myself more clearly.Thank you.
Your physical scars have a way of healing, but even after over 60 years the emotional scars still prick and torment.
Thank you for the courage to open your heart. I suspect by opening, some of those scars have healed over and crept away.
