Olin Lee, from the Two Rivers Boxing Club, is leaving for Quebec City on Jan. 18 as part of the seven-member B.C. Junior/Youth Boxing Team.

Fourteen-year-old Lee will face boxers from across the country as he makes his debut in the big leagues of National competition.

Provincial Team Coach Bob Pegues says he expects big things from young Lee, who has a powerful left hook and strong right hand. Lee showed up at the Provincial Training Camp in Victoria already very fit and out-worked everyone.

Lee may lack experience, compared to the Quebec and Ontario boxers, but he makes up for it in work ethic and determination.

Pegues says, he is completely fearless.
