At the final Farmers' Market of the season the biggest pumpkins vied for the title of largest pumpkin

Irene Pepper won the biggest pumpkin contest at the Quesnel Farmers' Market with her 488-pound pumpkin.

At the last outdoor Farmers’ Market of the season the annual Biggest Pumpkin Contest brought in many large specimen’s but none could rival Irene Pepper’s 388-pound behemoth which she grew in her home garden in North Quesnel.
