Correlieu Secondary School has nearly 250 grade 12 students for the 2023/2024 school year

Graduates-to-be of Quesnel's Correlieu Secondary School will have two days of grad festivities later this month.

The cap and gown ceremony will take place on June 21st at West Fraser Centre which will be followed by photos at LeBourdais Park starting at 5 p.m. The ceremony will be attended by ticket holders.

The grad promenade will be held on June 22nd at LeBourdais park from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. It will be open to the community and held outdoors if the weather is nice or in the West Fraser Centre for ticket holders if the weather is poor.

The school suggests grads and their families take photos at LeBourdais park to allow the graduates to celebrate and capture moments with friends.

After the promenade, graduates will have time to take more informal photos with friends and family before going to the grad ball until 11:30 p.m. after which parents are responsible for their children's safety, the school's website says.
