Final Quesnel Farmers’ Market of 2020 coming up Oct. 17

The market takes place at the corner of Kinchant and Carson from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

With no Christmas indoor markets planned for 2020, this Saturday (Oct. 17) marks the final chance to visit the Quesnel Farmers’ Market this year.

“The executive members, board members, market assistants, vendors and the market manager thank you for your consideration, patience and understanding during this unusual year at the market,” a post on the Quesnel Farmers’ Market Facebook page states. “We have learned a lot this season and look forward to improving the market experience for our visitors in the years to come.”

The Quesnel Farmers Market takes place at the corner of Carson Avenue and Kinchant Street from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and features vendors selling a variety of local produce and meat, baked goods, preserves and locally-made crafts and jewelry.

Saturday, Oct. 17 is also the last chance to use B.C. Farmers Markets Nutrition Coupons, as they will expire after the last market.
