Volunteer firefighters Ron Richert and Rob Rolfe received awards for 20 years of active service with the Quesnel Volunteer Fire Department at the volunteer firefighters appreciation dinner on May 26 at the Billy Barker Showroom. Fire chief Sylvain Gauthier presented the awards along with Mayor Bob Simpson and Cariboo North MLA Coralee Oakes.
And Brian Hilborn received a Long Service Award after 25 years with the Quesnel Volunteer Fire Department at the volunteer firefighters’ appreciation dinner on May 26. Manager of training Roger Knorr, left, presented the award along with fire chief Sylvain Gauthier.
