Frank’s Supermarket, in South Quesnel, was established in 1972.
In 1996, it was purchased by Dave Vatamaniuck.
At the South Quesnel store, you can find anything from hunting equipment to clothing.
“Basically a bit of everything,” said Vataminiuck.
They also sell fishing and gun licenses.
Frank’s Supermarket has the largest selection of firearms, scopes and binoculars in the Cariboo region.
Frank’s also supplies many resorts in the area with live bait and tackle.
The local shop, boasting nine employees, is easy to find as there is always a crowd gathered to get some ice cream.
The store boasts 120 flavours and they display more than 40 during the summer.
They are looking for an extra freezer to be able to offer even more flavours to the front.

“Triple chocolate brownie fudge.” he said with a grin.
