We are pleased to announce that Kyle Fowler and his Long EZ will be making their way to Quesnel this summer for SkyFest 2019! Kyle may be a relatively new performer, but he has already made a significant impact on the Canadian airshow scene.

Kyle dreamed of following in his father Ken’s footsteps from the time he was 12 years old. He started out announcing at his dad’s shows with Team Rocket Aerobatics, and he eventually received his pilot’s license at age 21. Today, he performs a thrilling act of his own in his 1989 Long EZ homebuilt plane, which has a very unique delta wing canard design.

The Long EZ has the perfect combination of comfort and style. Although it isn’t capable of performing some of the more aggressive aerobatics, its unique look paired with Fowler’s high-energy routine always leave audiences smiling.

SkyFest returns to Quesnel on August 2, 3, and 4 at the Quesnel Regional Airport! Get your tickets at quesnelskyfest.ca and follow #SkyFest on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for updates on your favorite performers and a behind-the-scenes look at Quesnel’s International Airshow.
