Sherry Stolarski has reaped unexpected benefits from her new healthy lifestyle.

Health and fitness are like love and marriage.  You can’t have one without the other.  This is a story of self-discovery and one person’s quest for our most precious asset, health.

Sherry Stolarski is a lady on a mission.  For the past eight months, Sherry has been focused on attaining and maintaining better health for herself and her family.  She describes it this way:

“When I quit smoking I made up my mind, I wanted to be smoke free!  What I didn’t prepare for was the unhealthy weight gain, loss of motivation and over all Blahhhh.

I realized I was gaining weight and getting heavier. I joined the 90 days to Better Health Program at Heather Hartridge Health & Fitness.

I had (and still have) the support from Chris, Heather and Cheryl with their knowledge and training.  Really, losing the weight was just a small part of it.

Each new day brought excitement because it brought new changes, physically and mentally.  With these changes I grew confident that “I really can do this.”

Not only did I impress my husband, my son and my trainers, I impressed me.  Just want you guys to know I really appreciate everything you have done for me, the impact on my life and now my family life, thank-you!”

Sherry’s husband Ray and son Nicholas have shown support by starting their own fitness program and being more aware of what they’re eating.

Even after her 90 Day Program has ended Sherry continues to make amazing progress.  She has lost 22 pounds of body fat.

Her strength and stamina are greatly improved and her overall fitness level has changed for the better.

Her renewed outlook on life and her improved sense of self-esteem has been a major part of her healthy-lifestyle change.  Along the way, some things were unexpected.

Her life insurance premiums have been reduced due to her overall improved health.  That’s a good thing.

Heather Hartridge Health and Fitness will be hosting another 90 Days to Better Health Program in September.

The public is invited to attend the information and registration session Sept. 17, 1 p.m., back entrance, 1215 Cariboo Highway North, across from the North Cariboo Growers Co-op.  Visit  www.heatherhartridge.com for information.
