There were more treats than tricks doled out downtown Quesnel Wednesday Oct. 31, as more than 1,000 local kids came out to fill their candy bags.
Ghosts, ghouls and even dinosaurs were seen heading in and out of the shops, and spirits were high, with all that sugar coursing through their systems.
Granville’s Coffee on Reid Street said they handed out 1,072 chocolate bars during the three-hour trick-or-treat event.
