The sixth annual St. Patrick’s Day Pace and Pint 5K sold out at 120 participants

The St. Patrick’s Day Pace and Pint 5K was one of the few events to go ahead in Quesnel amidst concerns about COVID-19. This year’s sixth annual event, sponsored by Reason 2 Run and the Cariboo Hotel, had a full field of 120 runners and walkers, including many children, who braved the cold to enjoy the Riverfront Trail on Saturday, March 14.

Each year, the Pace and Pint raises money for a local charity, and this year, participants were supporting the Quesnel Branch of the SPCA.
