Patients at the Quesnel Hospice Unit have been benefiting from a new ice machine that was recently installed.

With the assistance of Northern Health and the Cariboo Chilcotin Regional Hospital District, the Quesnel and District Hospice Palliative Care Association (QDHPCA) purchased and installed a top-quality ice maker in the Quesnel Hospice Unit.

“It has been installed, and patients have been enjoying refreshing glasses of ice water for a few weeks now,” states the QDHPCA. “The QDHPCA would like to thank all those that helped bring this invaluable piece of equipment to the unit.”
