Quesnel library magazines free to a good home

The library is accepting reservations in-person and by phone before Jan. 22

The Cariboo Regional District Library is looking to get rid of magazine back issues.

Copies of 2019 editions are available for anyone who wants them, by calling the library and reserving them.

A Facebook post from the Library notes they have Good Housekeeping, Mindful, InStyle, Psychology Today, Hobby Farms, Canadian Living, Maclean’s, Vanity Fair and Real Estate Wealth.

Reservations are available on a first come, first served basis, and can only be made over the phone or in-person, before Friday Jan. 22, when they will be recycled.

The library is open to the public, with COVID-19 restrictions.

Curbside pickup is also available for people looking to minimize all potential contacts. The library requires masks, and is only open to seniors inbetween 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.

The library is looking for a part-time student page to help out. Interested people can see the full listing and apply at the Cariboo Regional District’s website, www.cariboord.ca/modules/news/en/careeropportunities.
