With Halloween behind us, Quesnel is gearing up for the Christmas season. Two Christmas fair events took place over the weekend (Nov. 4-5). CJ Directory’s fourth annual home-based business event Saturday at the Quesnel Seniors’ Centre, with a few hundred patrons coming through the doors to view the offerings from 22 vendors. Here, Julie Giesbrecht from Julie’s Edible Bouquets speaks to attendees about her delicious products. The Cariboo Christmas Fair also kicked off the season at Correlieu Secondary Saturday and Sunday, featuring wares from many home-based vendors and local craftspeople.
