First Quesnel Sparks and Third Quesnel Brownies held a five famous Women Sleepover on Feb. 22.
The girls enjoyed dressing in their finest and making hats, then having tea and dessert with campfire songs. They also worked on the five famous women, learning about the history of the women, then on to the birthday badge, where they sang happy birthday to Lord and Lady Baden Powell, their math badge and they also put on a play with girl guide puppets. Everyone enjoyed the sleepover, closing the evening with flashlight tag.
