UNBC Quesnel hosts promising meeting for teacher hopefuls

More than 35 locals showed up for UNBC Bachelor of Education meeting

University of Northern British Columbia Bachelor of Education administrators gave a presentation at the North Cariboo Community Campus on Wednesday, Oct. 10 for more than 35 locals interested in taking the B.Ed program in Quesnel.

The university is hoping to respond to the need for qualified teachers in the region by offering UNBC’s program at the Quesnel campus beginning Sept. 2019, and held a meeting to guage interest.
