For the awards, the public score accounts for 30 per cent of the total score and will be added to the judges’ score to determine the winner in each category.
This year, the Business Excellence Awards will take place virtually on Oct. 2. The winners from each category will be announced, and the winners will receive their awards and take part in a parade on Oct. 3, according to the Quesnel and District Chamber of Commerce’s Facebook page.
