From the performers and vendors to the music fans and campers, there was a lot of colour and good cheer at ArtsWells this year. Even a power outage on Friday night (Aug. 2) couldn’t put a damper on the festival, as the performers continued playing and dancing by the light of cellphones and flashlights to create a memorable experience.
