Quesnel’s branch of Big Brothers Big Sisters is celebrating spring with a sweet fundraiser.
The deadline is March 22 to order Easter cookies and send them to someone special.
“Send your special person, co-worker, employees, or family member a dozen homemade Easter cookies on March 28,” said Joanie Newman, executive director of Quesnel’s Big Brothers Big Sisters organization.
Each order is for 12 Easter-themed cookies with a special note to be included. The cost is $10 per dozen.
“We can deliver your order, or you can schedule a pickup for your order on March 28,” said Newman.
Deliveries will be made between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. within city limits.
Those out of town can order cookies for pickup, available at 336 Front Street between 12-2 pm on March 28.
Orders have to be made by March 22 no later than 2 p.m.
