The BC Green Party has announced Randy Thompson as their candidate for Prince George-North Cariboo.
A release from the party says Thompson is committed to community engagement, sustainable forestry and is aligned with the Green Party's core values and principles.
"Randy Thompson, representing Prince George North Cariboo, brings a lifelong passion for nature and a dedication to challenging corporate control over BC’s resources," the release said.
The provincial election is scheduled to be held on Oct. 19.
