A detour is available for trail-goers

A section of the Quesnel Riverfront Trail has been closed due to flooding caused by high water levels in the Quesnel River.

The closed section of the trail starts in Ceal Tingley Park and runs along the Johnston Bridge Loop and Front Street to the Johnston Bridge.

A detour is available which sends trail-goers from Ceal Tingley Park along Legion Drive and across the pedestrian overpass to cross the railway tracks and back to the trail.
