The 50,000 Challenge is on again.

“The Quesnel Community Foundation is excited and proud to announce that, once again, a very generous and anonymous donor has offered to match all charitable donations up to $50,000 received between October 15 until December 15,” said foundation spokesperson Shirley Keen.

This rare chance to double the contributions makes this window of time a very important campaign period for the Quesnel Community Foundation. Every dollar donated triggers another dollar from the anonymous philanthropist.

“Let’s make this another record setting year for building Quesnel’s Community Foundation,” said Keen. “The board of directors is feeling enthusiastic about this year’s campaign due to the continuous generosity and endless compassion within our community.”

To set up a donation, look up the organization online at www.quesnelcommunityfoundation.com where you will also find their 2023 Annual Report showing the tens of thousands of dollars invested in local causes from the fundraising they accomplish each year.

For questions, call Keen at 250-985-1612 or quesnelcommunityfoundation@gmail.com.

All donations are eligible for a tax receipt.
