Billy Barker Days got started with a smoke show. It was the kind brought by forest fires, not spinning tires, but there were still plenty of squealing kids and strumming musicians, dancing seniors and cheerful vendors as the annual Quesnel tradition got underway.

There are so many events to take in – auto racing, rodeo, the midway, street market, etc. – that it’s hard to know where to start. Come on down at any time to LeBourdais Park to get your local city adventures rolling.
