Th Cariboo Regional District has reduced the boundaries of the evacuation alert for the Highway 97 west to Michelle Bazaeko Forest Service Road area.
Communities north of Quesnel between the Fraser River and Highway 97 are no longer under alert, including Ten Mile Lake, Cinema, Moose Heights and Strathnaver.
Communities west of the Fraser remain on alert, including Nazko, Baker Creek and Blackwater. At this time, there have been no changes to the Narcosli Creek evacuation alert, which includes the communities of Bouchie Lake, Millburn, Narcosli Creek, and West Fraser.
