Cupid’s Heart is an alt-rock duo from Saskatchewan, consisting of cello, electric guitar, drum machine and female vocals. Their debut single release, Juliet, was picked up for play nationally by the CBC and was aired on radio across Canada.

Cupid’s Heart will be making a stop on their Prince II Prince Tour, from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan to Prince George B.C. and back.

Cellist Stacey Dunn is a member of Matachewan First Nation who began her journey with the cello as an adult. When she met musician and artist Emma Jean they were both able to share creativity and love of music in a new way. Eluding easy classification, Cupid’s Heart roams within the realm of alternative rock.

This show is “pay what you can / by donation.” Come see this group while they are still on the rise. They have four dates in the Cariboo on this leg of their jaunt.

Local appearances:

On Friday, Feb. 24 the concert will be in Quesnel at the Barkerville Brewing Company (pay what you can)

On Saturday, Feb. 25 catch them in Prince George at the Omineca Arts Centre ($15 advance / $20 door)

On Sunday, Feb. 26 they will be at the Wells Hotel (pay what you can)

On Tuesday, Feb. 28 the concert is at the Overlander Pub in Williams Lake
