Marion is the subject of a public notification conducted by the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General, Corrections Branch. Marion is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. He is Caucasian with black hair and hazel eyes. He plans to reside in the Hixon area and will be frequenting Prince George and Quesnel.
He has a criminal history which includes sexual assault, sexual interference, assault and mischief.
Marion’s pattern of violent sexual offending includes offences against young females and women.
