Editor;

We are celebrating Pet Appreciation Month this June. With partners like you and the generosity of our customers, since 2010 the Pet Valu family of stores has raised over $12.4-million during this event and helped us find “forever homes” for 12,983 pets in need.

This event is supported for the entire month of June with fundraising and activities, providing pet parents with the opportunity to show their support for animals in need right here in your community.

This year, our store’s goal is to raise over $3,000 in donations to support the Quesnel SPCA, who help pets by striving to keep pets and families together and do so through a variety of community support services, such as sheltering and adoptions, including emergency sheltering, feral cat management programs, animal transfers, food distribution, humane education, animal advocacy, and spay/neuter services.

We hope we can count on you to help support this worthy cause, 100 per cent of your donation supports the Quesnel SPCA and stays within the community.

You can come into Total Pet and donate by cheque, cash, or debit, and also buy things to donate as well (product donations).

Sincerely,

Nikki Nagy Store Manager
