Quesnel’s Northern Health vaccination clinic is moving from the Seniors’ Centre to GR Baker Memorial Hospital.
Appointments at the hospital will be by appointment only. The clinic will be open from Tuesdays to Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday clinics will be for 5 - 11 year olds only.
Anyone over 12-years-old can also get vaccinated at a pharmacy.
“BC pharmacies are playing an even bigger role in delivering vaccines as part of the Province’s ongoing immunization campaign against COVID-19 and are now the primary option for immunization for people age 12 and older,” a March 29 news release from Northern Health reads.
Residents can book an appointment through the province’s Get Vaccinated system by visiting www.getvaccinated.gov.bc.ca.
