Quesnel Fire Department responds to outbuilding structure fire

A fire in West Quesnel was extinguished on Saturday night

The Quesnel Fire Department responded to and extinguished a structure fire in West Quesnel late into the night on Saturday, March 12.

A garage on Hartley Street had caught fire. A truck could be seen inside the building. The fire department was called to the scene just before 10:30 p.m.

Multiple trucks and over a dozen volunteer members responded to the fire and was able to extinguish the fire

The cause of the fire and if there are any injuries is not known.
