School buses in Quesnel are cancelled this morning.
School District 28 has posted on its Facebook page that all buses are cancelled Tuesday, Dec. 17, although schools are open, and teachers are in attendance.
The school district was having technical difficulties with its official Bus Services webpage this morning and notes that a message on that webpage saying earlier this morning that buses are running today does not reflect the actual bus status. This has since been resolved, and the webpage now states that buses are cancelled.
The buses are not running because roads have been deemed unsafe to travel, according to the Facebook post.
