NOTICE OF DISPOSITION
Pursuant to Sections 26(3) and 94 of the Community Charter, the City of Quesnel is providing notice that the City is selling the below noted parcels legally described as:
PID 005-805-783 LOT 2 TOWN OF QUESNEL PLAN 29057 (442 Kinchant St); and
PID 005-638-755 LOT 13 BLOCK 33 TOWN OF QUESNEL PLAN 17000 (no civic)
The property is being sold to Xerox Properties Ltd. in the amount of $450,000.00 following a request for proposals in 2022 to accommodate the development of an apartment building.
