As per section 208 of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that Parcel Tax Rolls are now available for inspection at the City of Quesnel offices between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, except statutory holidays. A person who owns a parcel included on the Parcel Tax Rolls may request an amendment based on one or more of the following:

Proposal: The applicant wishes to utilize the empty lot to refurbish and rebuild modular office units under a Temporary Use Permit on the lot legally known as Lot 1 District Lot 346 Cariboo District Plan 6073. The permit may be permitted for up to three (3) years.

Public hearing regarding proposed City initiated amendments to the Official Community Plan (OCP) No.1879, 2019 and Zoning Bylaw No.1880, 2019.

As per City Bylaw, Load Restrictions will be in place effective midnight Sunday, April 9, 2023 until further notice. All roads and streets in City Limits are restricted to 70% of legal axle loading except the attached list of roads which remain at 100% legal axle loading.

Take notice that the City of Quesnel, from Quesnel, BC, has applied to the British Columbia Ministry of Forests (FOR), Cariboo Region, for a lease for Community – Local/Regional Park situated on Provincial Crown land located at that parcel or tract of unsurveyed Crown land in the vicinity of Dragon Lake, Cariboo District, containing 0.465 hectares, more or less.
