Section Pursuant to Sections 24 and 26 of the Community Charter, this is notice that the City of Quesnel intends to sell to Provincial Rental Housing Corporation (“PRHC”) the lands shown outlined in red in the sketch plan (the “Property”) including:
• Lot 1, District Lot 704, Cariboo District, Plan 5305 PID 013-647-199
(268 Anderson Drive) and a portion of Lot 2, District Lot 704, Cariboo District, Plan 7805, PID 013-405-349 (230 Anderson Drive).
The Property, once established through subdivision, is estimated to have a market value of $90,000.00 and will be sold to PRHC for $10.00 to accommodate the development of a 25-unit Women’s Second Stage Housing apartment.
