Take Notice that pursuant to Section 37(3) of the regulation of the Manufactured Home Park Tenancy Act, The Landlord of Shady Acres Manufactured Home Park (Also known as: Meadowood Mobile Home Park) (“the Park”) located at 2288 Gassoff Road Quesnel BC V2J 4E6 intends to dispose of the following manufactured home and vehicles located on site 11 in the Park:
1. 1968 Safeway Industries Manufactured Home, 12 X 56 feet and its contents,
2. GMC Sierra 4 dr Crew Cab Black: Vehicle VIN # 2GTEK13C791130385
3. CHRYSLER Sebring Silver Coupe Vehicle VIN # 4C3AU52N1VE164966
The above items will be disposed on 30 days after the publication date of this Notice unless:
- You Take legal Possession of the Property,
- You establish the legal right to possession of the Property, or
- You make an application to the BC Supreme Court to establish such a right.
If you fail to do any of the above within the specified time period, the Landlord will dispose of the property and you will lose any claim to it.
