Albert E. (Jack) LeCain, born January 20, 1914 in Kelowna, passed away peacefully at Sutherland Hills Rest Home on January 27, 2010. After moving to Grenfell Sask., the LeCain family returned to Kelowna when Jack was 7 years old. As an older youth he worked in Kelowna orchards then moved to Quesnel where he resided until returning again to Kelowna upon retirement. Jack enjoyed woodworking and photography but his passion was for motorcycles which he enjoyed well into his 70’s. He will be greatly missed by 2 daughters, Lois McArthur (Bob Endersby) of Powell River, Norma (Peter) Killin of Campbell River and 4 grandsons: Michel McArthur of Kelowna, Mike and Pat Killin of Victoria and Rob Killin of Comox.
