Born in Anglemont, B.C. Ann married Wilfred Arthur Lowden in Williams Lake on June 14, 1947.
They raised their family in Quesnel where she worked for Krumm’s Jewellers, McLeod’s Department Store and managed the Vancouver Sun distribution for many years. Ann was also active in the CWL.
A positive influence on many people, Ann will be missed by Wilf and her four children David (Maureen), Leslea (Daryl), Heather (Dave) and Teri (Bob) and their families including many grandchildren, great grandchildren, relatives and extended family.
A private family ‘celebration of her life’ was held April 20th in Victoria, where she spent her last happy years in good health with Wilf and her family close by.
