Anni (Arndt) Gammelien was born August 13, 1917 in Klein Wesenberg, Germany. She married Karl Gammelien and they moved to Quesnel, B.C. in 1956.
Anni was predeceased by her husband in April 1982.
She was an accomplished seamstress having learned her trade in Germany.
She loved her flowers and knitting for the Hospital Auxiliary. She enjoyed bowling and has a few trophies to prove it.
She spent her last two years in Baker Lodge after suffering a severe stroke, and passed away February 17, 2008.
