Betty passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer on Thursday April 17, 2008 at G.R. Baker Hospital.
Betty is survived by her husband Ed, daughter Brenda (Don) and son David, six grandchildren; Jason, Jeffery (Kjirsten), Alicia, Candace, Laura and Christopher and four great grandchildren; Kayla, Shaelynn, Austin and Lincoln.
Betty is predeceased by her daughter Barb, brothers; Clinton, Gordon, Glen and Larry, sister Isabell and parents Walter and Vera.
A memorial service was held at Clayton’s Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, April 22, 2008.
The family would like to thank all their friends, Dr. Dercksen, Dr. Grapes, Palliative Care and the 3rd floor nursing staff for all their kindness and compassion during this most difficult time.
