Bill Savage was born April 21, 1951 and passed away April 13, 2008 at Vancouver General Hospital after a long battle with polycystic disease.
He is survived by his wife, Diane, children; David Savage (Sandra), Jennifer Spence, Jason Spence, grandchildren; Danielle, Reid and Dafne, his mother Dora Belle Savage, sisters Elaine (Terry) and Pat.
Bill’s passion was farming which he enjoyed, living in Kersley for many years until the need of a kidney transplant in 1999.
Bill was employed with Overwaitea/Save-On Foods for the past 30 years and has been employed at the store in Quesnel for 27 years.
I would like to thank the employees of Save-On Foods in Quesnel for their outpouring of support and generosity during our recent crisis.
