It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Cynthia Marie Martin on September 28, 2006 at G.R. Baker Hospital.
Cynthia was born in Batlersea, Ontario on January 11, 1954, the middle child and only girl of Robert and Catherine Martin.
Cynthia grew up in Quesnel and after graduation headed off to Prince George where she lived and worked for many years.
Getting tired of Cariboo winters, Cynthia went to Gibsons on the Sunshine Coast where she met her soulmate, Bill.
On July 12, 1996, the joy of her life was born, her beautiful daughter Roxxane Catherine Martin.
The family returned to Quesnel in 1998 to help her parents, who had retired here.
Cynthia is survived by her husband William (Bill) Morrison, daughter Roxxane Martin, mother Catherine Martin, four brothers; Robert (Janice), Allan (Teri), Brian (Verna), Richard (Sheri Lynn), Uncle Gordon (Carol), Aunt Deedee (Valerie, Nicholas) and numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
Cynthia was predeceased by her father Robert Martin in 2004.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
