In loving memory ~
The steadfast giant, David Beaumont passed away late in the night at Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria. He is now resting on the wings of eagles with his saviour Lord Jesus. Born April 13, 1948, to Gladys and Frank Beaumont, David grew to become a loyal, trustworthy son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend. David was always willing and ready to serve people; from his time in the military to volunteering for the Salvation Army. He would serve people with a smile that made you feel welcome and a joke that would make you laugh. If you wanted to find David look wherever the need was in your community and if you could not find him there look for his orange Ford driving around reminding everyone to 'Keep Looking Up'. He was actively involved with the Salvation Army and a member of the Quesnel Legion where his reach of helping people extended.
David was predeceased by his parents Frank and Gladys; his brother Brian; his daughter Gina, son- in-law Doug and his grandchild (unnamed). He is survived by his family; wife Lucielle; children Anita(Robert), George(Lanita), and Angie; sisters Ruth and Bev; grandchildren Jonathan, Alycia, Rae, Sara, Dez, Josh, and Gabrielle along with 7 great-grandchildren.
David loved his family and will be dearly missed. If he could say one last thing it would be
'Keep Looking Up.'
On behalf of the family, they would like everyone to know a memorial will be held for David Beaumont, our steadfast Giant, here in March 2022.'
