It is with profound heartbreak and immense sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of our loving daughter. We were very privileged to have been blessed with this beautiful and special young lady for 20 years.
Dominique is
pre-deceased by her grandfather Jim Butkus and grand-parents Isabel and Viva Sr. Couto. She is survived by her mother Michelle Butkus, father Viva Couto, sister Adrianna Couto, brothers Viva and Mateo Couto, grand-parents Fiona Reid and Carlos Charles, Uncle Rick (Krista) Couto, Aunt Christina (Mario) Couto and Uncle Tony (Wilma) Couto and her many cousins.
A Celebration of Dominique’s life was held Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Telford’s Nanaimo 595 Townsite Road, Nanaimo BC.
