In memory of long term Quesnel resident Doris May Rogers who passed away on October 26, 2008 at the young age of 94. Doris never owned a vehicle and will be well remembered for her “walk-abouts.”
At the time of her death, she was survived by her brother Stanley, daughter Guelda (Doug) and her “granddogs” Lyka and Danner, and her many nieces and nephews and their families. She was predeceased by her son Russell, brother Reg and wife Jessie, brother Albert, sister Evelyn and husband Pat, sister Gladys and husband Joe, sister Edith and husband Irvin, and sister-in-law Delores.
A bouquet of thanks from the family goes to the nurses and staff at G.R. Baker Lodge for the care and kindness provided to Doris during her stay.
